Essential fatty acids help asthma

To reduce inflammation, it is essential to eat the right types of fat. These essential fatty acids also encourage the metabolism, speed up healing and so much more.

There are omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids. We need approximately a balance between 2:1 of omega-6 to omega-3.
