Close Cousins – Ezcema and Asthma

As you know asthma and eczema are related generally if the is asthma in the family there is eczema.

Eczema is an inflammatory condition of the skin, found mainly but not exclusively on the face, wrists, inside the elbows and knees. It can be cracked, dry, weepy, itchy and red in varying degrees of severity.

There are a variety of causes and not the same for everyone -

Food intolerance are come place with this condition, common  offenders are dairy products, wheat products, chocolate, eggs, orange, and coffee. Remember we are all different, so there can be variations to this general rule.
