Sensitive to Droppings – causing asthma attacks

Sonia Jones ND from The Haven Spa and Alternative Treatment Clinic

dust_miteResearch done in many countries has shown there is a big problem to asthma suffers from the droppings of domestic dust mites. It is a tiny little creature we can not see. Living in places like North America, Europe, Russia, Australia, and so on.

These dropping are powerful allergens. I read that each little bug produces 20 droppings a day, and are smaller than pollen. This army of mites produce a heap of dung forming a great deal of lethal dust. Most of them are found in our beds where we spend up to eight hours a day breathing in this insidious invisible dust.

The young have immature immune systems, and some are born with breathing weaknesses making them very susceptible indeed. The elderly and the sick have compromised immune systems making them also more susceptible to these allergens.

The good news is you can reduce the severity, or frequency of your attacks.  Reduce the droppings and you reduce the inflammation in your lungs.
